Quality Custom Woven Labels Clothing

Woven labels are the most popular and cost-effective method for branding your garments, textiles, and crafts. We can produce your labels in various qualities such as Damask, Taffeta, or Satin thread, utilizing a time-tested weaving process resulting in superior labels which are durable enough to withstand years of washings. Most of our customers prefer Damask label because it can weave small details and very soft against the skin.

There are two types of thread that is used on Damask label, 100 denier damask and 50 denier damask known as high definition label. The word denier refers to the size of the thread. So the 50 denier has the most softest feel and shows fine detail whereas the 100 denier damask is extremely high quality, sturdy, and soft. For high end clothing brands 50 denier is what recommend you go with. When counting a number of colors for damask woven labels, keep in mind that the background color is included. For woven labels you can choose upto 8 colors and width upto 8”. Woven labels are cut with hot knite or laser cut machine which prevents the label from fraying.

We work with you through a custom process which allows you to specify each detail for your woven labels, including material options ranging from standard-finish to smooth, and several size and fold options. Lastly Our focus is to create the highest quality of label for you in our high-tech weaving looms.
