Thick looped yarn chain-stitched onto a felt base. It is the fuzzy, raised patch you see on varsity and letterman jackets.
Up to 5 chenille colours per patch. For finer detail, add embroidered details on top in any thread colour.
Single felt gives a flat, neat edge. Double felt adds a second layer for a thicker, more premium profile. The builder shows the price for each.
Yes. Standard varsity letters and numbers in any size, or a custom mascot or crest from your artwork.
Iron-on for jackets and hoodies, peel and stick for hard surfaces, or no backing if your tailor is sewing it on.
White cotton twill is the classic. Black or white polyester twill are more durable and better for dark or light garments respectively.
Anything. Vector (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal, but JPG, PNG or even a photo of a sketch works. Our artists redraw it at no charge.
