Return Policy
Austin Trim aims to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding orders:
- Sample Orders:
- If a pre-production sample is canceled within 90 days, setup charges will apply based on the size of the sample as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
- Final Goods:
- Claims regarding defective or incorrect goods must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. After this period, no claims will be entertained.
- Replacement Process:
- For incorrect sample approvals, responsibility is shared equally (50/50). A credit note for 50% of the shipment value will be issued, and any replacement order will be charged at full value.
- Return Eligibility:
- Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect goods. Items approved during the sample stage and manufactured as per the approved design are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Shipping Costs for Returns:
- All costs related to returning items, including shipping, freight, and duties, must be borne by the customer.
