- For physical samples required for testing, customers must notify us in advance. Upon approval, Austin Trim will arrange to dispatch the requested samples promptly.
- Bulk production items are shipped as per the agreed timeline after final sample approval.
- Shipping Costs:
- All costs related to shipping, including freight, customs duty, and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Austin Trim will provide an estimate of these charges beforehand whenever possible.
- Delivery Timeframe:
- Delivery times may vary based on destination and shipping method selected. Austin Trim is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Tracking & Communication:
- Customers will receive a tracking number upon shipment. Regular updates on the shipment status can be accessed via the provided tracking link.
- Claims for Damaged Goods:
- Claims for damaged or lost items must be reported to Austin Trim within 5 business days of receiving the shipment.
