  • Sampling:

    Depending on the complexity of your design or the quantity ordered, we may provide a physical sample for your approval before proceeding with full production. Take the time to carefully examine the sample, ensuring it meets your expectations in terms of design, color, and quality. Provide your approval or request revisions if necessary.

  • Invoice and payment:

    Once the quotation is accepted or the sampling is approved, we will generate an invoice for the total amount due. Review the invoice and follow the provided payment instructions to complete the payment process. Accepted payment methods usually include credit cards, bank transfers, or online payment platforms.   • Production process:

    After receiving payment, we will initiate the production process. This includes setting up the loom, selecting the thread colors, and weaving the patches according to your approved design.   • Delivery:

    Once the production is complete, the custom tagless heat transfer labels will be carefully packaged and shipped to your specified address. INSTRUCTION FOR APPLYING HEAT TRANSFER LABELS

  1. Set iron or heat press to 284-320ºF (140-160ºC). Higher temperatures can melt vellum backing. If using a household iron, set the dial between the cotton and wool setting with NO STEAM.
  2. Place heat transfer with the adhesive side down onto your garment or item. If the adhesive is exposed to the iron or press, the design will adhere onto the press and will be difficult to remove.
  3. If using a heat press, press down for 8 seconds. If using a household iron, press FIRMLY, straight down avoiding sweeping motions, for 8-12 seconds.

Please follow the instruction below that has been ‘marked’ specifically for your label.

Cold Peel: Wait until the transfer has been completely cooled. Then secure the garment down and peel off the vellum backing. Start at one corner and SWIFTLY remove the film.

Hot Peel: Secure the garment down and immediately peel off the vellum backing. Start at one corner and SWIFTLY remove the film. Do not peel slowly.
