It’s how much of the patch is covered in thread. 50% leaves half the twill showing, 100% is stitched edge to edge. More coverage looks richer and costs a little more, the builder shows the price for each.

Around 0.2" (5 mm) letter height for clean, readable text. Smaller than that we’ll recommend a woven patch instead.
Yes. Give us the Pantone codes and we match them to the closest thread shades, you approve them on the proof first.
Merrowed is the classic wrapped stitch edge, best for round, square and simple shapes. Heat-cut gives a flat, clean edge and works for complex or custom shapes.
Sew-on for permanent uniforms, iron-on for quick application on cotton and polyester, velcro when patches need to move between jackets, bags or gear.
Anything. Vector (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal, but JPG, PNG or even a photo of a sketch works. Our digitizers redraw it for embroidery at no charge.
