2D is flat with clean colour separation, best for logos and text. 3D adds raised levels for depth and a premium feel. The builder shows the price for each.
Yes, a one-time mould fee shown in the builder. Reorders of the same design do not pay it again.
As many as your design needs. Each colour is a separate rubber pour, Pantone-matched. For gradients or photos choose the CMYK print upgrade.
Yes. PVC does not absorb water, so they survive rain, mud, sweat and the washing machine without fraying or fading.
Yes. Choose the sewing channel border upgrade and we mould a stitch groove around the edge. Otherwise pick velcro, heat seal or peel and stick backing.
Velcro hook and loop for gear and vests, heat seal for quick application, plastic backing for stiffness, peel and stick for hard surfaces.
Anything. Vector (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal, but JPG, PNG or even a photo of a sketch works. Our artists prepare the mould art at no charge.
12 to 15 business days after you approve the proof, since each design needs a custom mould. Rush production is available. Mention your date in the notes.
