Woven for small text, fine lines and a flat finish. Embroidered for a bold, textured, raised look. If your logo has text under 0.25 inch, go woven.

Around 0.15 inch (4 mm) letter height stays clean and readable. Smaller than that and we will advise on the proof.
Yes. Give us the Pantone codes and we match them to the closest thread shades. You approve them on the proof first.
Damask is the densest and sharpest. Taffeta is lighter and flatter. Satin has a soft sheen and is popular for apparel. The builder shows the price for each.
Heat seal (iron-on) for quick application, plastic backing for stiffness, velcro when patches move between garments, peel and stick for hard surfaces.
Anything. Vector (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal, but JPG, PNG or even a photo of a sketch works. Our artists redraw it for the loom at no charge.
